First Information on Italy - The Weather

Just like Paris, spring time is the best time to go to Italy.  Here is what I found out today as it goes for the weather, airfair and crowds!

Early Spring – Temperate weather, moderate airfare and hotel prices, moderate crowds

Late Spring through Early Autumn – Highest heat, airfare, hotel and other prices, as well as biggest crowds

The high is June is 77 and the low is 66.

The beginning of something special

We all know what its like to have a big birthday coming up and "wish" for something special.  Over the years, the cards and gifts are nice, but we know what we "really" want, and usually, the ones closest to us missi t by a long shot.  Either they can't afford it or time runs out and it's just impossible to get together.  This year we are going to try to do things differently.  This is Jan's big birthday, so, I casually asked her what she really wanted to do.  I already knew the answer.  Travel. To Italy, on a dime.  It's expensive to travel, so, I got a lot ot work to do.  Of course, she's worried about us being able to afford and enjoy it, so, she also picked two additional locations (to be disclosed later).  Without overthinking it, I started this blog so that you guys can keep up with my research and give me your feedback on what I find out.  June 8th is 7th months away.  We can do it, we need this not only to celebrate Jan, but ourselves.  There is nothing we can't do if we stick together.  Let's make it special.
